This place is not located on the east coast of the Yucatán peninsula with its bustling resort trade , but on its Northcoast ,near the town and seaport of Progreso, the compound was builded by Don Alvaro Gutierrez Trujillo a visionary entrepreneur of the Yucatán during the 50 ,60 and 70‘s .

House rules

Swiming on the ocean.-  The acces is from the beach to the west (left)  , sea shoes, good idea.

Bungalows:

1.- We utilize rain wáter, please be kind with it‘s use.

2.- Use hose to take sand off, before entering bungalow.

3.- The water heather is electrical turn on 15 minutes before your shower and turn it off …please.

4.- The moderated use of air cond. Helps with power bill.

5.-   The bungalow will be maked up on request.

Pool:

6.-   Please don´t introduce any foraign substances …to the water,like sun lotions, creams etc.. WC is CLOSE BY

7-   Food and drinks never inside pool, NO GLASS  in pool area, NO running, NO diving.
